Volunteers Needed for Beach Nationals
Join the excitement for the 2010 Beach National Championships at Ashbridge's Bay, Toronto from August 26th to 29th, 2010.
Volunteers needed for event crew, technical crew, and general crew.
Job Descriptions:
Event Crew
Set-up, maintenance and take down of equipment within venue (central courts tents, banner, tables, chairs)
Involves physical work under the sun.
No volleyball experience required.
Minimum age is 15 years old.
Technical Crew
- Scorekeeping & updating scoreboards
- Posting results
- Service to athletes, officials, volunteers, spectators.
- Knowledge of volleyball is an asset.
- Minimum age 15 years old
General Crew
Assisting with athlete check in, player meetings
Assisting with distribution of player uniforms
