The BEACH BLITZ Tournament format is back for the 5th season.
BEACH BLITZ
CO-ED PAIRS (1 male & 1 female)in a MIXED 4'S FORMAT.
DATE: SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 26 at 11:30AM
LEVEL: A & B DIVISIONS
COST: Each person is $30
current Beach Blast league players save $5 on entry fees
PRIZES: Merchandise Prizes for top 4 pairs
INFO: Guaranteed 4 matches
LOCATION: Beach Blast 15 Leswyn
START TIME: 11:30AM
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: THURSDAY before the event
A DIVISION is for the Competitive Division and players should be proficient at passing, setting, hitting, defense and want to have rallies with hard spikes and blocking and a little tighter on the application of the rules
B DIVISION is for more Intermediate players who want to pass, set, hit but make mistakes a little more frequently and don't want to have to play with the Unstoppable Hitters, long rallies are frequent. Regular Volleyball Rules are enforced but not the Olympic interpretation
* if there are not enough teams to form 2 divisions the tournament may be combined into 1 division
