13 years and going strong
Beach Blast was the brainchild of a few guys that loved volleyball- I mean REALLY LOVED Volleyball. Beach Blast features everything you need to feel like summer never ended and you are at the biggest beach party in town. Inside our 30,000 square foot building in uptown Toronto you will find 7 Indoor Sand Volleyball courts with a radiant heating system that is more reliable than mother-nature. In May 2004 we added 7 Outdoor Beach Volleyball Courts at Caledonia Park (which is adjacent to the Beach Blast parking lot at 15 Leswyn Rd.) Now you can book any event and never worry about weather.
Inside the facility we have lots of room to sit and relax and enjoy the beach atmosphere. Most areas can be reserved for private groups hosting a beach party.
Beach Blast also has an on site licensed Café if you want to grab a snack or chill out with a drink.
In 2010 we partnered with the Ontario Volleyball Association and became the mangers of the Beach Volleyball Leagues at Ashbridges Bay in downtown Toronto. This league uses 85 courts at the beach in Toronto and has over 1100 teams playing each spring & summer. Over 5000 people participate each year.
Since we opened in 1997 Beach Blast has seen a lot of people walk in our sand.
- 100000 Kids have celebrated their birthday parties with their friends and families in the sand
- 15000 Individuals have played in our weekly co-ed leagues
- 1000 Players have improved their play in the Beach Blast Academy
- 500 Schools have had activity days at our beach
- 500 Corporations have chosen the sand for fun days
- 100 Groups have used us a fundraising venue
That’s more than 500,000 people that have been to our beach!

- Corporations baking bread to launch a new product
- Olympic athletes training for the 2004 & 2008 Games in Athens
